The Ecofan stove top fan manufactured by Calfamo in Canada is an ingenious device that creates its own electricity from the heat produced from your stove top to power a silent fan pushing the heat from your wood burner out into the room. Designed to operate with normal surface temperatures of between 205°C and 345°C. These fans do not use batteries or mains power.

Increased Efficiency - The Ecofan pushes warm air from your wood stove out into the room. Circulating the heat increases the efficiency of your stove and is particularly effective when the stove is recessed in an inglenook
Easy Operation - Ecofan's start automatically and adjust speed with the stove's temperature The hotter the stove the faster the fan moving more air into the room. As the stove burns down and cools, the Ecofan automatically slows down and stops.
Unique Blade Design - The unique anodised gold or nickel coloured blade has been specifically designed to deliver a very broad cross section of gentle air movement instead of a small cone of concentrated air.
Available in two sizes - the larger fan moves air at up to 150 CFM (Cubic feet per Minute) and the smaller two blade 800 model moving up to 100CFM.
It is important to read, and follow, the instructions on the correct placement of the Ecofan's to ensure satisfactory long term use and that your stove is working within the temperature range of 'best operation'. We recommend the use of one of our Stove Thermometers.
